Privacy policy
This is the public policy URL for apps I publish on Google Play. Paste this page into Play Console under App content → Privacy policy. If an app later collects more data (accounts, analytics, ads), this page will be updated first.
Who I am
I am Shane Morris, an individual hobbyist developer based in Staffordshire, England. I am not a company on this site. Apps listed under my personal Google Play developer account are published by me.

What this policy covers
This policy covers Android apps I publish on Google Play (including Trolley: Supermarket List, Reckon - Smart Calculator, Bjango: The Gritty Western, and Bingo: UK 90-Ball Party Game) and this developer website. Separate products I run (for example KitGuard or Newcastle Tool Hire) have their own practices on those sites.
Data I collect
Default position for my Play apps: I do not collect personal information. There is no sign-up, no mailing list, and no developer-run analytics dashboard.
In particular, unless an app’s Play listing and Data safety form say otherwise, I do not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or payment details
- Precise location
- Photos, contacts, or files from your device
- Advertising identifiers for my own marketing
Some apps may store settings or progress only on your device. That data stays on the phone unless you choose to share it.
Specifically for Trolley: Supermarket List: all shopping lists, custom grocery items, aisle order arrangements, and budget limits are stored strictly on your local device. Trolley requires zero account registration, email login, or passwords.
Data Google may process
If you install an app from Google Play, Google processes install, crash, and device information under Google’s privacy policy. I can see aggregated crash or distribution reports in Play Console. I do not sell this.
Permissions
If an app needs a device permission (camera, storage, notifications, and so on), Android will ask at the time. I only request a permission when the feature needs it. You can refuse, and that feature simply will not run.
Children
My apps are not directed at children under 13 and are not designed as Designed for Families apps unless a listing explicitly says so. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
Where UK GDPR applies and I process any personal data (for example an email you send me), the basis is:
- Legitimate interests — answering support mail and keeping the app working
- Consent — if you email me, you choose to send that information
- Legal obligation — if the law requires me to keep or disclose something
How long I keep it
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with the request, then deleted from my inbox in the ordinary course of mail. I do not run a user database for Play apps that have no accounts.
Your rights
If I hold personal data about you, you can ask me to:
- See it
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to processing

Trolley: Supermarket List
Specific technical disclosures for Trolley: Supermarket List (Package: uk.trolley.supermarketlist):
- Local On-Device Storage: All shopping lists, customized aisle arrangements, and budget numbers remain on your device.
- No Accounts: No account creation, email capture, or passwords. Lists work completely offline.
- Advertisements: Supported by Google AdMob banner and shopping-completion milestone ads.
- Permissions: Vibration (for tactile haptic checking), Wake Lock (keeps the screen awake while pushing your trolley in-store), and Internet/Network State (for loading AdMob ads). Zero camera or microphone permissions.
- Cloud Backup: If Android Auto-Backup is enabled in your device settings, list data is safely backed up to your personal Google Drive account.
Bjango: The Gritty Western
Specific technical disclosures for Bjango: The Gritty Western (Package: uk.co.mozzer.bjango):
- Local On-Device Storage: Campaign score, street stars, lives, bounty high score, and gun finish stay on your device.
- No Accounts: No account creation, email capture, or passwords. The game works offline after install.
- Advertisements: Supported by Google AdMob. Banner on the title/menus; occasional full-screen ads between streets, never while aiming.
- Permissions: Internet and Network State (to load ads and optional web fonts), Vibration, and the Advertising ID used by Google AdMob. Zero camera or microphone permissions.
- Content: Stylised western shootouts with firearms. Not directed at children.
Reckon - Smart Calculator
Specific technical disclosures for Reckon - Smart Calculator (Package: uk.reckon.app):
- Local On-Device Storage: Saved projects, pinned calculators, recents, theme, and region settings stay on your device.
- No Accounts: No account creation, email capture, or passwords. Calculators work offline.
- Advertisements: Supported by Google AdMob banner ads and occasional full-screen ads between actions.
- Permissions: Internet and Network State (to load ads), and the Advertising ID used by Google AdMob. Zero camera or microphone permissions.
Bingo: UK 90-Ball Party Game
Specific technical disclosures for Bingo: UK 90-Ball Party Game (Package: uk.co.mozzer.bingo):
- Session & Gameplay Data: In-room player nicknames and bingo ticket marks are kept strictly during active multiplayer game sessions and are never used for marketing or tracking.
- No Accounts: No accounts, logins, passwords, or personal details required. Friends join directly via QR code or short room code.
- Advertisements: Supported by Google AdMob banner ads on the home/lobby screen and intermission screens between rounds.
- Permissions: Internet and Network State (for live multiplayer synchronization and AdMob ads), and the Advertising ID. Zero camera, microphone, or storage permissions.
- Disclaimer: Bingo is a casual social entertainment party game. It does NOT offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, or any monetary rewards.
Account and data deletion
Apps without accounts have nothing to delete on my servers. Device-only data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. If an app later adds accounts, use the data deletion page.
Third parties & Advertising
This website is static HTML. It does not set tracking cookies and does not load advertising networks. It does load fonts from Google Fonts.
For apps that display advertisements (including Trolley: Supermarket List, Reckon - Smart Calculator, Bjango: The Gritty Western, and Bingo: UK 90-Ball Party Game), I integrate Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising IDs (GAID), and app interaction diagnostics to serve ads in accordance with Google’s Privacy & Terms.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means the new policy applies.
